The first bald eagle egg of the season has arrived at CarbonTV's LIVE Eagle Cam in Northern Michigan! The bald eagle pair are in Beulah, MI. Their first egg arrived on 3/13 at 8:15PM. We are expecting egg #2 to arrive today, 3/16.
This is this eagle couples' fifth year in the nest, and the second year with the cam. The parents live at the nest year round and are known as Mom and Dad eagle.
CarbonTV holds a naming contest for the eaglets each year after they are born. This is the same nest that went viral as 'Bigfoot' was spotted nearby last fall.
